Comment on "The Need for Integrity"

It seems really easy to criticize someone else, but tougher to get criticized. A good leader will give constructive criticism but never attack someone. Integrity plays a large part in gaining followers. Trust, influence, and a clear conscience are all crucial in being an effective leader. So would charisma, honesty, and sticking to your core values that we talked about in class. Integrity is one of the most important leadership qualities.
