Approachable

In any leadership postition you have to reach out to your followers. Sometimes people are too shy to give their input in discussion, you should approach them. In order to be an effective leader you should be approachable. People should feel like they can come to you will new ideas or seeking advice. An effective leader listens and understands the problems of his or her followers and tries to help in anyway possible.
