Habits could be a positive or negative for someone in their life. Bad habits such as smoking, drinking, chewing, or just being a jerk in general are habits that should be changed. On the other hand, if you can develop positive habits like being polite, saying please and thank you, or holding doors for others. These little habits can make a good impression and get you farther in life. To form good habits make a conscience effort to repeat positive actions until you become accustomed to them, and they happen naturally.
